After breakfast check out from hotel with limited luggage and proceed to Lachung North Sikkim. On the way take a break for some beautiful spots which are worth seeing and visiting like Bhim Nala Waterfall & Seven Sister waterfall. Early Morning drive to Yumthang Valley (12,000 ft. Known as Valley of Flowers).You can visit Zero Point (Optional Not included with this Package). Back to resort for lunch and transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On the way if the weather is clear you may get to see Mighty Khangchendzonga from Singhik view point. Rest of the evening free for your own activities. Night Stay at Gangtok.

me for flight/train to onward destination.

• Air/Train Fare, Entrance Fees & Guide Charges
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary
• Any cost arising due to Natural Calamities like, Landslides, Road blockage, Political Disturbances (strikes), etc. to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Booking

Your contract is with TravellEasy A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to 

Payments

For the services contracted, 40 % advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid before commencement of your tour. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash payment to our office or by Demand Draft / Cheque. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

Rights to amend the itinerary if required

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalised. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation should be notified to us by mail or fax.

2. Only communication charges will be Rs. 2000 per person 30 or more days before departure.

3. Due to weather conditions, covid restrictions, and government restrictions, some activities may get canceled. We will try to offer an alternate activity in such cases. But no refund shall be generated for the same. 

4. All our cancellation rules are mentioned above. But we will try our best to make our cancellation charges minimal for you.

Cancellation Fees

30-15 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost will get charged as the cancellation

14-07 days prior to departure: 60% of the tour cost will get charged as the cancellation

07-01 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost will get charged as the cancellation

Refund

1. Refunds will be paid to the used source to make the payment.

2. The refund will take at least 15 days to be processed. It will be sent to the client by a/c payee cheque only.

3. Any refund will not be paid against any unutilized service, whatever the reason.
